This state-of-the-art daycare center is a strong example for sustainable energy supply and future-oriented building technology. From day one, the two-story facility is heated entirely with climate-neutral energy. The heating system is based on 60 PX-1 PVT modules which serve as sole heat source for a brine-to-water heat pump while generating electricity on the same (roof) surface. A showcase project for movalent PVT system design using Sunmaxx modules, which operate with high efficiency while simultaneously reducing investment costs through industrial manufacturing processes.

All required source energy for the brine-to-water heat pump is exclusively provided by the 60 PX-1 PVT modules. Additional sources such as ground collectors or geothermal boreholes do not exist. This minimizes cost drivers in the overall project expenses and makes the most efficient use of the available roof space. Buildings in the education sector, such as daycare centers, schools, libraries and sports and recreational facilities benefit direclty from affordable energy solutions such as PVT, relying solely on renewable sources.
